One contractor from the first conversation to the final inspection. We handle the plans, the permits, and the build. You deal with one person, not four.
The usual version goes like this. You hire an architect. You wait for plans. You find a contractor. The contractor tells you something in the plans will not work. You go back to the architect. Somewhere in there the city asks for a revision and nobody is quite sure whose job it is to answer.
We do it differently. We have our own architect. Your plans, your permits, and your build all run through the same office, under one license. When the city wants a change, we handle it. When something needs to be adjusted in the field, the person who drew it and the person building it are already on the same team.
If you already have approved plans, we can build from those. If you are starting from a blank lot and a rough idea, we can take it from there.
A standalone unit built from the ground up in your yard. Full foundation, framing, roof, and its own utilities. You get to decide the layout, the square footage, and where it sits on the lot. This is the option when you want real separation between the main house and the new space.
Turning the garage you already have into finished living space. The structure is standing, which usually means a shorter timeline and less site work. Insulation, drywall, flooring, electrical, plumbing, windows, and a proper entry. Done right, nobody walking in can tell it used to be a garage.
Most homeowners arrive undecided. We will walk the property with you and tell you honestly which one makes sense for your lot, your setbacks, and what the city will actually approve.
Most ADU projects run six to eight months from first conversation to final inspection. Plans and permits take a real portion of that. Anyone promising much faster is either skipping something or has not dealt with a California city.
Finished units we designed, permitted, and built.
